Women's Summit 女力論壇

Empowering women to lead, pivot, and thrive.

The NATEA-SV Women's Summit is an annual flagship event hosted by the North America Taiwanese Engineering & Science Association, Silicon Valley Chapter. Launched in 2021 and held each spring around International Women's Day, the summit brings together women from across industries, career stages, and cultural backgrounds to share stories, exchange insights, and build lasting connections.

北美台灣工程師協會矽谷分會每年舉辦的「女力論壇」，是一場專為各行各業女性打造的年度盛會。自 2021 年起，每年三月配合國際婦女節舉行，邀請來自不同產業、職涯階段與文化背景的女性，分享經歷、交流見解、建立深厚連結。

Our Mission

The summit creates a space where women can find inspiration through real stories of career navigation, transition, and leadership. Whether you are an engineer exploring a pivot, a founder building from scratch, or someone reimagining what your path could look like, this event is for you.

We believe gender should never be a constraint on achieving personal goals. Every edition of the summit centers on three commitments: amplifying women's voices, fostering cross-cultural and cross-generational mentorship, and empowering attendees to take ownership of their professional and personal journeys.

The event is free, bilingual (English and Mandarin), and open to all genders.

What to Expect

Every summit includes a mix of formats designed for both learning and connection:

• Keynote from an accomplished leader sharing her journey

• Panel Discussions in English and Mandarin, covering career growth, transitions, mentorship, and personal empowerment

• Lightning Talks offering quick, high-impact stories from diverse perspectives

• Networking and Roundtables where attendees connect directly with speakers and each other
